Channel Update

Justin.tv/civic_television is the third (maybe fourth) incarnation of our pirate channel. It went on the “air” today for approximately 6 hours. It was a successful test stream. We ran it at a steady 600kbs with surprisingly minimal drops.

What we are doing now:

  • Scouring the internet for more unique videos
  • Organizing a schedule
  • Building a back-up mini-server

Soon we will be on 24/7. Soon we will have Channel 83!
